As Netcoins CEO, he leads all aspects of Netcoins' business and operations, with a focus on product innovation, revenue growth, and building a trusted digital-asset platform for traders. Fraser was appointed as Surge Digital CEO on February 24, 2026.
With over 50 years of industry experience in technology-based startups, Lance brings a vast and proven track record for growing and developing multi-million-dollar businesses from the ground-up. His background includes roles as Founder/CEO/Director in several publicly and privately traded companies.
Kim is a Certified General Accountant with extensive experience in both public accounting and the junior mining and corporate securities industry. Ms. Davis has years of experience as a director and/or officer working with a number of public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Robert has over 10 years of public markets experience, with a focus on corporate development, investor relations and capital raising. He has been on the board of multiple TSX.V and CSE listed companies, and holds a BBA from Capilano University.
Mark Healy is an experienced business executive, consultant and entrepreneur. His current roles include CEO, Dennis' Horseradish, Acting Director of Communications, Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics, and President, MHC Group Inc. Previously, Mark was Executive Director of The Ivey Academy at Ivey Business School.
With more than 27 years of expertise in finance, investor relations, and corporate development, Anthony stands out as a seasoned professional. As the owner of Senergy Communications Inc, a leading corporate communications firm, he excelled in providing high-quality solutions in investor relations and public relations.
